This article provides an overview of the information and features available within the client's profile.
1. Profile Card: clients have the ability to conveniently perform the following actions when they access their profile cards.

- Update profile: by clicking on the pencil icon, they are routed to the Edit Client interface where they can enter and edit some key information
- First Name, Middle Name and Last Name
- Gender/ Pronouns
- Email address
- Address: Street, City, State, Zip Code and Country
- Phone Number (with an option to have multiple or alternative phone numbers)
- Birthday
- Client EMAIL Notifications
Appointment Reminders
Subscription Updates
Enrollments
Cancellations
Appointment/Session Updates (time/location/staff) - Opt out of marketing emails
- Update profile: by clicking on the pencil icon, they are routed to the Edit Client interface where they can enter and edit some key information

- Update payment methods: to add a new card and to be able to set a default payment method if there are more than 1 payment method added
- Show details: they have the option to have their primary information (gender, email address, address, and phone numbers) appear on the card
- Add dependent: to add or manage dependents
- Manage Files: to efficiently manage their file library and share files
- Change Password: to modify their password for enhanced security
- Sync my calendar: to export their opus1.io calendar for synchronized scheduling
- Reload profile: to view recently made changes on the account
Each profile card prominently displays the student's profile photo.
It will also display accounts associated with them; Staff, Account Managers, Dependents, and Peers if applicable.
The displayed Staff Account is dynamically determined based on their past fifteen days' and next fifteen days' lesson history with the Student.
2. Upcoming Schedule: clients can access a list view of their upcoming schedules. This shows up to 10 upcoming appointments, which is the maximum capacity of the interface.
See All Schedule: allows clients to access a calendar filter, simplifying the process of searching for specific schedules, whether in the past or future.
They can also click the 'Back to profile' button to be routed back to their profile page.
3. Comments: serves as a message board where clients can easily access and review messages sent to them by their teachers.
a. See all comments: provides clients with a dedicated and expanded page where they can conveniently view all messages sent to them, even if they are from different instructors
b. Leave a comment: this modal provides a user-friendly interface to clients for them to send a message to their teacher.
Within the modal, the student is presented with options to select the source of the message (client), choose the recipient who should be notified (teacher), and compose their message using the provided composer.
A disclaimer on the use of the 'client comment' feature is shown on this modal. In the above example 'Please use this channel for lesson-related purposes only' can be seen.

4. Credits: clients can conveniently view the credits available on their account. To accommodate space limitations, the section displays up to 3 active credits. If there are additional credits beyond the displayed limit, a greyed-out numeric indicator appears, intuitively prompting clients to explore the option to see all their credits
a. See all credits: opens up an expanded page wherein clients are able to see all their active credits.
There is an option to toggle off 'Show only active credit' in order to view past credits. The 'Back to profile' button is also available on this page for clients to be routed back on their profile.
b. Details: This button opens up a card that provides a summary of the credit. Within the card, clients can find essential details such as the name of the credit, service it is associated with, the reason for the credit, the date it was created, and the specific client account it is available for.
c. Use: The "Use Credit" button seamlessly redirects clients to the self-booking interface, empowering them to efficiently utilize their credits and schedule appointments according to their preferences.
5. Subscriptions: similar to the credit section, 'Subscriptions' within the client profile displays up to 3 subscriptions that the client has. To accommodate space limitations, the section is designed to show a concise overview of the client's active subscriptions.
a. See all subscription: opens up an expanded page wherein clients are able to see all their active subscriptions
There is an option to 'show ended subscriptions' and the 'Back to profile' button is also available.
b. Subscription Card details:
The details on each subscription card varies on the type of service; appointments, sessions, and subscription-only services (membership and rentals)
i. Appointment Subscription Card:
Subscription name: i.e 'Monthly Membership' - this is taken from the payment plan
Subscription cost and Frequency: i.e '$365/month' and 1 visit/week'
Name of the client/student: i.e For Tom Doe
Name of the payer (Account Manager): i.e Paid by John Doe
Location:
Start and end date: (no end-date if there's none)
Status of the subscription (active, pending, on-hold, ended)
Number of cancellation credits left:
Name of the Instructor:
Name of the service: i.e Piano Private (Level 1)
Sibling discount (if applicable)
Recurring appointment skipped setting if location is unavailable
ii. Session Subscription Card: may show fewer details
Subscription name: i.e 'Full Session Payment' - this is taken from the payment plan
Subscription cost and Frequency:
Name of the client/student: i.e For Tom Doe
Name of the payer (Account Manager): i.e Paid by John Doe

Start and end date: (no end-date if there's none)
Number of cancellation credits left:

iii. Subscription-Only Services Card: rentals and membership
Subscription name: i.e 'Monthly Payment' or 'Yearly Membership' - this is taken from the payment plan
Subscription cost and Frequency:

Name of the payer (Account Manager): i.e Paid by John Doe
Location:
Start and end date: (no end-date if there's none)
Name of the service: i.e 'Equipment Rental' or 'Yearly Membership'
Recurring appointment skipped setting if location is unavailable - this is actually not applicable for Subscription-Only services.
A red warning icon on the Subscription Card is seen if the Terms and Conditions hasn't been accepted, and a 'Review/Accept Terms' button is available.
6. Invoices: Displays up to 3 open invoices that the client has.
a. See all invoices: opens up an expanded page wherein clients are able to view all invoices.
