Opus1io has the ability to automatically convert clients from one appointment service (e.g. Trial class) to another service type (e.g. Membership / Ongoing classes)
Opus1.io can automatically attempt to convert clients from one appointment service to another when attendance is taken for the original appointment service (e.g. from trial lessons to recurring weekly lessons).
When enabled, automated conversions emails are automatically sent to your clients when attendance is taken.
With automated conversions for trial lessons enabled, opus1.io performs a calendar search to determine whether there are any conflicts with the proposal's recurring schedule during the next few months.
For example: are all Wednesdays at 4 PM free with Teacher A over the next two months? If schedule conflicts are detected, then the automated conversion proposal will not be sent.
