This article provides information about using payment plan type filters on self-booking links. It explains the purpose and functionality of these filters, along with a step-by-step guide on how to set these up.
Using Payment Plan Type Filters on Self-Booking Links
What it does: payment plan type filters add more granularity to payment plans available at a given self-booking link.
How it works: by default, all payment plans that are enabled for self-booking are displayed on a self-booking link where that service is available. However, once a plan type filter is added, only plans of that type will be available for self-booking at that specific link. This does not disable plans for self-booking at the service level.
Note: currently, plan-type filters are only supported for appointment-based self-booking links.
How to apply payment type filters to a self-booking link.
1. Navigate to the Business Settings by clicking on the gear icon on the left of your home screen.
2. Click on the "Self-Booking Links" tab at the far-right. This will bring you to all of your self-booking links you have set up.
3. Click on the edit pencil icon
4. Scroll to the self-booking link you'd like to add a payment plan filter to. Click "Update".
5. From the pulldown menu, select the payment plan filter. Click "Update".
