The article highlights the functionality of the Appointment Waitlist Notifications feature. This feature enables clients to receive automated notifications when a desired appointment time, location, staff, or service becomes available.
Using Appointment Waitlist Notifications
Our Appointment Waitlist Notifications feature allows your clients to be automatically notified when a requested time/location/staff/service appointment becomes available. A waitlist notification request can be for a single appointment or a recurring weekly appointment.
When an appointment slot matching the provided criteria opens up, a notification will be automatically emailed to the specified client and/or their account managers with links to self-book the available appointment slots. Notifications are re-sent every 72h.
Those notified can choose to unsubscribe and no longer receive the notifications.
1. Here you can filter appointment waitlist notifications by client, staff, service, status (active or disabled), or client status (member, prospect new, etc.)
2. Here you can toggle to show only appointment waitlist notifications where clients were notified (via email), a match was found, or both.
3. Here you can refresh the interface or create a new appointment waitlist notification.
4. Here you can delete, disable, or update existing appointment waitlist notifications.
Below is an example of a waitlist notification sent to Alice Doe and her account managers after one or more appointment/session slots corresponding to the specified criteria became available.
Alice and her account managers can click one of the available slots above and will be linked to a page in Opus1.io with the full details of their prospective booking.
They will be required to agree to the service's terms and conditions and provide payment information before completing the booking.
