Staff Permissions For Events

In Opus1.io, staff members have specific permissions for managing events. They can edit enrollment slots, add performance slots for their own students, and view the event program and QR code.

 

Once invited, Limited Staff and Staff may:

 

1. Edit the details of enrollment slots for which they are the assigned staff. 

Slots that were not created by the staff member cannot be deleted/transferred to other sessions. Limited Staff/Staff may be the assigned staff as a result of event self-booking, where an account manager selects a particular staff member as the assigned staff.

 

2. Add performance slots for their own students.

Performance slots created by a limited staff may also be deleted/transferred to another session by that limited staff.

 

3. View the program and program QR code

Managers and Owners may: 

  1.  Add more sessions to an event
  2.  Edit the event details
  3.  Disable the event (hides event from self-booking)
  4.  Delete the event
  5.  Invite staff and email invited/enrolling staff
  6.  Batch email clients and staff performing/working the event
  7.  View the program and program QR code
  8.  Download the event roster
  9.  Add, transfer, and delete enrollment slots whether or not they are the assigned staff
  10.  Move enrollment slots to the waitlist
  11.  Assign performance orders
  12.  Update performance slot status (invited, declined, change requested, confirmed, checked-in)
  13.  Create new event sessions
  14.  Update event session date/time/location
  15.  Lock sessions (locked sessions can only be updated by managers and owners)
