How do I show only active conversations in the instant messaging interface?
In our instant messaging interface, you may want to focus solely on active conversations for better efficiency and organization. Here's a simple guide on how to display only active conversations.
Go to Clients > Instant Messaging to access the messaging interface.
Look for the Show Active Only toggle button, at the top of the screen.
Toggle the switch to the "on" position.
Once activated, the interface will filter out inactive or archived conversations, displaying only those that are currently active.
