Sending a batch SMS to your staff members can be an efficient way to communicate important information or updates. Here are two options for sending batch SMS to your staff:
Option 1: Using the All Staff report

Go to the All Staff report: Go to the "Staff" section and select "All Staff."
- Select Recipients (Optional): Utilize the filters at the top to narrow down the list of staff members you want to send the SMS to. You can filter by staff tags, role or staff that has logged in in the last 30 days.
- Select Batch SMS: Click the "SMS -number- Staff" button. This will open the Batch SMS Staff window.
- Choose Sender Number (if applicable): If you have multiple numbers configured for sending SMS, select the number from the dropdown menu.
- Compose Message: Write your message in the designated text field.
- Send SMS: Once you've composed your message, simply click on the "Send SMS to -number- recipients" button.
Option 2: Using the Calendar View

Access Calendar View: Navigate to the Schedule section and choose a view (Day/Week/Month).

Apply Filters: Use the filters to refine the list of staff members you wish to include in the batch SMS (you can filter by location/room, service or staff)

Batch SMS: Click on the "SMS all clients / staff" option.

Configure Settings: Toggle off the option to "Include client participants" and toggle on the option to "Include staff participants."

Choose Sender Number: If you have more than one number for texting, select the number you want messages sent from.

Craft Message: Enter your message into the designated text field.

Send SMS: Once you're ready, just click "Send SMS to -number- recipients".
