Share Booking Link allows PLUS subscribers to seamlessly share booking links with their prospects

Share Booking Link allows PLUS subscribers to seamlessly share booking links with their prospects, including automatic authentication that enables new customers to complete their first self-booking without needing to set a password. 

To share a self-booking link with your prospects, navigate to Prospects and click on a client's prospect card. Then, click Share Booking Link. 

Next, specify the recipient for the email, the booking link to be shared, and optionally add a note to personalize the email. Typically, the recipient will be the account manager / payer responsible for paying for lessons. 

The recipient will then receive an email at their listed email address with the optional note and the specified booking link. They will click Book Now to continue their enrollment.

When the customer arrives at the self-booking link, they are automatically authenticated, allowing them to seamlessly complete their booking without needing to set a password.
