This article provides an overview of the "Recurring Appointment Availability on the Main Schedule" feature in Opus1.io. The feature allows users to view all available time slots for recurring appointments directly on the main schedule.
Viewing Recurring Appointment Availability on Schedule | Opus1.io
What it does: Opus1.io shows all recurring appointment availability slots that are available from the main schedule. If a time slot is already taken, Opus1.io will also show when that slot will open in the future.
Notes:
- The next 90 days are checked for recurring appointment availability slots.
- The next 120 days are checked for future openings.
- Checking for recurring appointment availability does include custom conflict tolerance limits.
- Checking for future openings does not include custom conflict tolerance limits.
How to use it: to see which appointment availability slots have recurring availability in the next 120 days, hover over the staff's availability on the main schedule. Any available recurring availability slots will be shown below the corresponding service.
Note that services to which recurring availability does not apply will not be checked (e.g. trials, makeups).
To see when a currently filled appointment slot will open in the future, hover over an appointment on the main schedule. If an appointment slot will become available on a recurring basis in the next 120 days, Opus1 will display the date it becomes open beneath the time/date of the lesson currently being viewed.
