      You can use Batch Duplicate to duplicate a service into multiple services of different service types. Watch the video below to learn how to use Batch Duplicate.

       

      NOTE: When using Batch Duplicate, some service settings will not automatically be set correctly for new instruments. The following settings may need to be manually set for each service after using Batch Duplicate:

       

      • Which service(s) can this service convert to? 
      •  Visit Cancellation: Should the service for the credit issued be a different service than the one canceled?
      •   Late Visit Cancellation: Should the service for the credit issued be a different service than the one canceled? Visit Cancellation: Should the service for the credit issued be a different service than the one canceled?
      •   Staff Visit Cancellation: Should the service for the credit issued be a different service than the one canceled?
