How do my clients request a LessonMate?

To enable our LessonMate integration for your opus1.io account, please contact support@opus1.io.  

 

Once our LessonMate integration is enabled, your clients can request a LessonMate for their scheduled appointments from their profiles.

 

Once they log in, they will see a Request LessonMate button on the appointments whose services are enabled to allow clients to request a LessonMate.

Once your clients click the Request LessonMate button, they will be asked to proceed with their request by the notification below.

Once they click Proceed to confirm, their attendance for that appointment will be marked as LessonMate.

The LessonMate attendance flag is visible to clients, their account managers, the appointment's instructor/staff, and all higher-permissions staff (staff, managers, owners).

Once your client has requested a LessonMate, the instructor for that appointment will be notified via email.
