How do I prevent an unwanted client from enrolling?

This article explains how to avoid unwanted enrollments

To prevent a specific client from self-enrolling, navigate to the client's profile and click the Flag Client button to the left of their profile photo.

Flagging a client will label that client as DO NOT ENROLL and they will be prevented from self-booking and unable to be enrolled by an admin until the flag is explicitly removed. If the client flagged is the payer on their dependent's subscriptions, their dependents will also be prevented from self-booking / being enrolled by an admin. To continue and flag the client as DO NOT ENROLL, click the Flag Client button.

Your client will now be labeled as DO NOT ENROLL until the flag is explicitly removed.

From the client's perspective, when they go to book on your website, they will see this warning and will be unable to proceed with booking an appointment:

To remove a DO NOT ENROLL flag, click the Remove Client Flag button to the left of their profile photo.

Removing a client's DO NOT ENROLL flag will allow them to self-book / be enrolled in any appointment/session by an admin. Click Remove Client Flag to remove the client's DO NOT ENROLL flag.
