How do I find client birthdays?

Knowing your clients' birthdays can strengthen your relationships and provide personalized service. Here are two simple ways to find client birthdays in our system, along with a cool feature for sending automated birthday messages.

Option 1: Client Profile

1. Go to the client's profile.
2. Click "Edit" and scroll down to the "Birthdate" field.
   
   

Option 2: "Today" Dashboard

1. Log in and visit the "Today" dashboard:
   
2. Look for clients with birthdays listed for the day and the week. 
   
   
   

Sending Personalized Birthday Messages:

You can automate sending birthday email for your active clients:

1. Go to Settings > Business and click edit under "Business Settings":
   
2. Scroll down and toggle ON the "Send birthday messages" option:
   
3. Add the birthday message you want to send and click "Update Business"
