How do I end a subscription?

The article addresses instructions on how to end a subscription

In Opus1.io, ending a client's subscription

1) cancels all future appointments past the subscription's end date, or un-enrolls the client from all session dates past the subscription's end date, and

2) deletes all open invoices whose due date is past the subscription's end date

 

Note: ending a subscription is final. Once an end date has been set for a subscription, the end date can only be adjusted to be sooner. If you need to extend a subscription, simply re-enroll the client in a new subscription.

 

To end your clients' subscriptions, navigate to their profile page and scroll down to the Subscriptions section. Find the subscription you want to end and click the End button on that subscription.

 

Select End Now to end your client's subscription immediately. Otherwise, specify an End date at the bottom of the window, after which all appointments will be removed from your client's schedule / all session enrollment will be removed. 

 

You can also choose whether to notify the client that their subscription has ended. If Do not notify the client is turned off, your client will receive an email notification informing them that their subscription has ended. 

 

Finally, you can choose to automatically expire any credits tied to your client's subscription after a certain number of days. 

 

Click End Subscription to confirm and end your client's subscription.

The details of their subscription will be updated to reflect the specified end date (11/30 in the example below). Once the end date has passed the status of the invoice will be set to ended
