How do I enable conversion tracking?

Conversion tracking is supported for both Appointment (private lessons) and Session (group classes) services.

To enable conversion tracking for your appointment services, navigate to Services, find the service for which you wish to enable conversion tracking, and click the Update button.

In your service's settings under the General tab, click the Edit button (the pencil icon) on the Details section and scroll down.

Under Which service(s) can this service convert to? specify the services to which the current service may convert, and it is conversions between these services that will be tracked in conversions reporting. 

Conversion tracking is typically used to track conversions from trial services to regular appointment services or from lower-level services to those of a higher level. Once you're done specifying which services to which the current service may convert, click the Update Service button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

To enable conversion tracking for Sessions, ensure you have a payment plan (e.g. Trial) that has the "Should the participant be pre-enrolled for future session dates (unpaid)?". This option is meant to be used for Trial lessons in sessions where a client would enroll themself and pay for only one visit, but a spot would be reserved for them in future dates of this session. You then have the ability to enroll the students (or not) and charge for the remainder of the session. That would be counted as conversion in the conversion report.
