Opus1.io allows businesses to create SMS templates that can be used to individually or batch SMS clients quickly and efficiently.
To create an SMS template, first navigate to the Templates tab from the side menu.
From there you will see the Create SMS Template button. When you click that, you will be brought to a screen that will allow you to add a Template Name, Template Tags, and the Message you would like to send out. Once those are filled out, click Save Template.
To use your templates for individual conversations, navigate to the Instant Messaging interface. Navigate to an existing conversation or start a new one, then locate the template icon and click it. 
To use your templates for batch SMS, navigate to the main schedule and click the Batch SMS button and click the template icon. 
You'll see a drop down menu of all the templates you have created. When you select the template you want to use, you'll see a preview of what the template contains. If you'd like to change the template, notice a mistake, or want to create a new template, click the ADD/EDIT TEMPLATES button.
If you would like the template to be added to a message on its own line, for example, as a tagline at the end of a personalized message, you can toggle the Insert As New Line button.
Once you've selected the template you want, click Insert, and the template will be added to your message. Once you're sure your message says what you like, hit Send.
Please remember that once an SMS message is sent, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.
Please be aware that SMS Templates are for Individual and Batch SMS messaging and not for Marketing SMS. Marketing SMS is a PLUS feature and uses its own campaign settings.
