How do I change the calendar color of an individual appointment or group class?

Opus1.io supports changing the calendar color of individual appointments and group classes. By default, service colors are set at the service level or at the staff level, with staff colors overriding service-level colors when set.

Note: only Staff, Managers, and Owners may override the calendar color of individual appointments / group classes.

To override the color of an individual appointment or group class, click on the appointment or group class from the main schedule, group class/event view, or an individual client's profile.

Then, click the Override Color button.

Next, select the new color of the appointment or group class and click Set to save your changes.

You will see the appointment or group class's new color reflected immediately on the schedule - this change will apply to the main schedule, staff schedules, group class/event view, and individual client profiles.
