How do I change the calendar color of an individual appointment or session?

Opus1.io offers the flexibility to customize your calendar by color for specific appointments or sessions.

Opus1.io supports changing the calendar color of individual appointments and sessions. By default, service colors are set at the service level or at the staff level, with staff colors overriding service-level colors when set.

Note: only Staff, Managers, and Owners may override the calendar color of individual appointments / sessions.

To override the color of an individual appointment or session, click on the appointment or session from the main schedule, session / event view, or an individual client's profile.

Then, click the Override Color button.

Next, select the new color of the appointment or session and click Set to save your changes.

You will see the appointment or session's new color reflected immediately on the schedule - this change will apply to the main schedule, staff schedules, session / event view, and individual client profiles.
