How do I change my client's account managers?
To change a client's account manager, navigate to their profile and click Update Profile (the small pencil icon ✏️ beside their profile picture) to edit their information.
Scroll down to the section labeled Account Managers.
Here you can delete and add account managers to a client's profile. Simply delete the account manager you'd like to remove and add the correct one.
Once you're done, scroll down and click the Update button to save your changes.
To add a new account manager to an existing client profile, create a new profile for the account manager and then add them to the dependent client's list of account managers following the same procedure as above.
