How do I change an invoice's due date and late fee window?

This article explains how to change invoice settings due date late fee window

Invoices are always due on the first of the month in opus1.io.

However, you can change when an invoice is auto-paid and when late fees will be added to an overdue invoice. Each subscription has its own auto-pay settings and late fee window, so you can individually tailor these settings for your clients.

To change invoice settings, navigate to your client's profile and find the subscription you'd like to change.

Click Update to change when the invoice is auto-paid and late fee window.

To change when an invoice is auto-processed, toggle on Should the monthly invoice auto-pay be processed a certain number of days before or after the due date?

Here '0' is the first of the month, and you can use the moving slide to set a number of days before or after the first of the month when invoices will be auto-processed.

For example, set to -7 invoices will be auto-processed seven days before the first of the month; set to 7 invoices will be auto-processed seven days after the first of the month.

Here you can also turn on/off whether late fees are applied, the late fee amount, and the number of days after a payment is due when a late fee will be assessed.

Note: if your client's invoices are set to auto-pay after the first of the month, they may still receive overdue invoice notifications after the first even if their invoice is set to autopay much later in the month.

If you would like your clients to not receive overdue invoice notifications, you must currently disable auto-pay for their subscription and manually process their invoices.
