How do I batch update the location/room of multiple appointments and sessions?
This article provides a step-by step guide on how to batch update the location/room of a full day of appointments / sessions.
NOTE: batch updating the location/room is not possible for sessions at this time.
To batch update the location and/or room of multiple appointments at once, navigate to the main schedule. You can use batch update from day, week, or month view, but there is a maximum limit on the number of appointments that can be updated at one time.
1. From the main schedule, to specific the subset of appointments you wish to update, you can filter by:
- Staff
- Service
- Location
2. Once the lessons that you wish to update are displayed on the main schedule, click the Batch Update icon.
3. Use the dropdown menu to specify the updates you wish to make. Note that only active and completed appointments will be updated, so cancelled and closed appointments will be ignored.
4. Click "Proceed with Batch Update"
5. You will be prompted to confirm these changes. Click PROCEED to run batch update.
