How do I batch SMS all clients in an event session?

This article shows how to batch SMS clients enrolled in a specific event session (e.g. a recital, concert, or performance)

With Opus1.io, you can send an SMS as a batch to all clients enrolled in an event session, allowing you to quickly communicate all clients enrolled in a particular recital, concert, or performance.

1. To send an SMS as a batch to all clients enrolled in an event session, navigate to Services > then click Update on your events-type service. Then, click on the Events tab. 

2. Select the Event.

3. From the calendar view, select the specific event to whose clients you wish to send a Batch SMS by clicking on the event. 

4. To send a batch SMS to all clients enrolled in this particular event session, select "Batch SMS Clients/Staff" at the top of the events session page. 

5. Compose your message. Note that you can filter by event status, and optionally include waitlisted clients and their enrolling staff members. When you are ready to send your message, click the Send SMS button.
