How do I assign an Employee ID to match my staff in Opus1.io with my payroll system?

This article explains how to add an Employee ID to staff profiles in Opus1.io to make it easier to track staff pay between Opus1.io and your payroll software.

To add an Employee ID to one of your staff, first navigate to the staff member to whom you want to add an ID and click the "Update Profile" icon to the left of their profile photo. 



Scroll down until you see the "Employee ID" box and enter the ID number you wish to assign. When you are done, do not forget to click the Update Staff button at the bottom of the page.




Once the ID is added and saved, using "Export Detailed CSV" button in the Payroll Report will produce a CSV that includes the Staff Employee ID field.
