How do I add my staff to Opus1.io?

This article explains how do I add my staff to opus1.io

To add staff profiles to Opus1.io, navigate to the main menu on the side of the screen. Under 'Staff' you'll find Add Staff... Click that button to create a new staff profile.

Here you'll be able to add your staff member's first, middle, and last names, email addresses, physical addresses, gender, birthday, phone numbers, and profile photos.

 

You are required to provide a first and last name and the gender of your staff member to create a staff profile.

You can add available hours/days, and unavailabilities hours/days, specify a pay rate for services, and choose a role for your staff member.

You can also specify additional tags and categories for your staff member.

This allows your staff to be searchable according to attributes like instruments, spoken languages, teaching level, etc.

Once you're done, click Create Staff - and you've created a new staff profile.

Once you've created a staff profile, you need to invite your staff to log in and create their login passwords.

 

To invite your staff to your opus1.io, navigate to their profile and click the reset password / sent invitation email button to the left of their profile.

Your staff member will receive a link to log in, where they can set a login password.

The login link is temporary and valid for 30 minutes.
