This article explains how staff and/or clients can add a dependent to an account manager's profile.
Add Dependents As Staff
To quickly add a dependent and link to an account manager's profile, navigate to the account manager's profile to which you wish to add a dependent.
Click the "..." button and then click Add Dependent.
Specify the details of the dependent's profile, then click Add Dependent.
If you don't see the dependent on the account manager's profile, try reloading the page.
Adding Dependents As A Client
To add a dependent and link the profile to an account manager's profile when logged in as a client, click the Add Dependent button.
Provide the details of the dependent profile to be added.
Then click Add Dependent.
If you don't immediately see the dependent on the account manager's profile, reload the page.
Making An Existing Client A Dependent Of Another Client
To make an existing client the dependent of another client, navigate to either client's profile and click Update Profile.
Scroll down to the sections Account Managers and Dependents.
To make a client the dependent of another, list an account manager for the client to become dependent, or list your client as the dependent of another client to be their account manager. Then, scroll down and click UPDATE to save your changes.
Once complete, the dependent and account manager relationship will be shown on each client's profile.
