How do I modify service/monetary credits?
Staff, Manager, and Owner users can manually update service/monetary credits.
Within Opus1.io, staff, managers, and owners can manually add, modify, and remove service and monetary credits. Credits can be edited directly from the client's profile.
Your clients' credits are listed below the comments section.
Here you can delete and update service and monetary credits, view details of service and monetary credits, and use credits to book services or apply monetarily to invoices for your clients.
Using the Update button, you can adjust the details of the service credit, including to whom the credits were issued, the reason the credits were issued, the number of visits credited to your client, and the service for which the credits can be used.
You can also specify a subscription to which the credit may be applied (note this will count against any per-subscription credit caps).
For monetary credits, you can adjust to whom the credit were issued, the reason the credit were issued, the amount of the monetary credit, and whether the credit has a expiration date.
