      Full Session Payment Plans with Per-Visit Pricing

      This article explains how to create a full session payment with dynamic per-visit pricing.

      There are two types of full session payment plans:

      1. Flat Fee: This is a one-time price for the full session, regardless of the amount of session dates

      2. Variable/Dynamic: This is a one-time price for the full session that is calculated according to the number of session dates/classes in a given session.

       

      To set up a variable full session payment plan in your Opus1.io account, navigate to the left hand menu > Settings (Gear icon) > Services.  Search for the session(s) you wish to edit and click 'update.'

      Navigate to the 'Payment' section and select the pencil icon on the right to edit the payment plan types.  Scroll to the bottom of your payment plans page and press the 'Create Payment Plan' button.

      Select 'Full Session Payment Plan' template to create your dynamic full session payment plan.

      Here you will fill in the details of your payment plan.

       

      Name* - include the name of the service you're creating the payment plan for so you can easily find it later

      Description - This will be displayed to your clients in plan selection during self-booking

      How much should be charged?* - Enter your per-visit price.  The system will take this price and automatically multiple it by the number of classes offered in this session
      How is it charged?* - Here you will select 'Variable rate based on number of visits'
       
      Fill in the remaining settings based on your preference and click the 'Add Class-Payment Plan' and 'update service' on the bottom of the next screen to save your new payment plan.
