Full Group Class Payment Plans with Per-Visit Pricing

This article explains how to create a full group class payment with dynamic per-visit pricing.

There are two types of full group class payment plans:

1. Flat Fee: This is a one-time price for the full group class, regardless of the amount of group class dates

2. Variable/Dynamic: This is a one-time price for the full group class that is calculated according to the number of group class dates/classes in a given group class.

 

To set up a variable full group class payment plan in your Opus1.io account, navigate to the left hand menu > Settings (Gear icon) > Services.  Search for the group class(es) you wish to edit and click 'update.'

Navigate to the 'Payment' section and select the pencil icon on the right to edit the payment plan types.  Scroll to the bottom of your payment plans page and press the 'Create Payment Plan' button.

Select 'Full Group Class Payment Plan' template to create your dynamic full group class payment plan.

Here you will fill in the details of your payment plan.

 

Name* - include the name of the service you're creating the payment plan for so you can easily find it later

Description - This will be displayed to your clients in plan selection during self-booking

How much should be charged?* - Enter your per-visit price.  The system will take this price and automatically multiple it by the number of classes offered in this group class
How is it charged?* - Here you will select 'Variable rate based on number of visits'
 
Fill in the remaining settings based on your preference and click the 'Add Class-Payment Plan' and 'update service' on the bottom of the next screen to save your new payment plan.
