Are owners and managers notified when a client self-books a trial lesson?

This article addresses the notification system in opus1.io when it comes to self-booked trial lessons.

By default in Opus1.io, owners, and managers receive activity updates approximately every 15 minutes unless they opt-out. These activity updates include notification that a client has self-booked an appointment or session.

If you are an owner or manager and would not like to receive activity reports, toggle on Opt out of manager/owners email notifications in your staff profile settings.
