Calendar Notes for Appointments and Sessions
NOTE:
Recurring appointment/session notes are not currently supported.
Selecting Apply Change(s) To Future Visits before updating an appointment or session with a note will not apply that note to all future appointments/session dates.
To add a note to an appointment or session, click on the appointment or session from the main schedule, a staff schedule on their profile, an individual student's lesson schedule, or the session view for sessions.
Enter the note for staff and click Update to save your note to the appointment/session.
Appointments / Sessions with notes are indicated at a glance by the note icon and the note is displayed whenever you hover over the appointment or session date.
Additionally, the assigned staff for that appointment/session will see the note on their staff schedule or in the session view if assigned to a session.
