Voice Best Practices

Ensure your browser is authorized to use your selected microphone.
You will want to ensure that your device has the microphone and speaker you intend to use with Opus1 Voice set as the default at the device level.
Administrators are often working in multiple tabs. To avoid call interruptions when switching from tab to tab, we recommend setting your default microphone / speaker for Opus1 Voice in a single tab and then leaving microphone / speaker as DEFAULT in other tabs to ensure consistency when switching between tabs on a live call.
