How do I show only active conversations in the instant messaging interface?
In our instant messaging interface, you may want to focus solely on active conversations for better efficiency and organization. Here's a simple guide on how to display only active conversations.
- Go to Clients > Instant Messaging to access the messaging interface.
- Look for the Show Active Only toggle button, at the top of the screen.

- Toggle the switch to the "on" position.
- Once activated, the interface will filter out inactive or archived conversations, displaying only those that are currently active.
