How do I copy my Customers from my old Stripe account to a new Stripe/O1P account?

This article will walk you through the steps required in Stripe/O1P to copy the existing customer list from an old Stripe account to the new Stripe/O1P account that will be leveraged by the customer for payment processing purposes in Opus1.io

Step 1: Log into Stripe and access the Dashboard of your old account that currently houses all of your customer data.

Step 2: Click on Customers inthe left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click on the Copy button to copy all of your existing customer data to your new Stripe/O1P account.

Then click on Copy all customers.

Step 4: Enter your new Stripe/O1P id into the field to acknowledge the destination id for the Customer data.

Step 5: Click Continue.  Note that the Account Admin on the original account will need to authorize this copy, so if possible, ensure you're logged into Stripe with the Admin login credentials.

Step 6: Toggle to your new account in the upper left-hand menu and click on Customers to view the progress of the copy.  This could take upwards of 15-30 minutes, depending on the number of customers being copied.

Step 7: Contact your Onboarding Specialist to continue with assistance of mapping the Stripe Customers to the Customers provisioned in Opus1.io.
