Opus1.io offers support for client self-cancellation in group class services. This feature allows clients to proactively indicate their inability to attend a group class by marking it as a 'No-show' in advance.

Opus1.io supports client self-cancellation for group class services. When enabled, this setting permits your clients to mark their group class attendance as 'No-show' ahead of time by clicking the Cancel button on a group class date on their upcoming schedule.   

 

You can set cancellation policies for regular & late visit cancellations, as well as disable the ability for clients to self-cancel.
